Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Refund Request: If you have not received your exchanged amount within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@imdiexchange.com or via our website's contact form. Provide your transaction details, including the transaction ID, date, and amount.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify the transaction details and investigate the delay or discrepancy. This process may take up to 5 business days.
  3. Refund Approval: If the transaction is verified to have not been completed within the specified timeframe or if there is a discrepancy in the amount received, your refund request will be approved.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.


Important Notes

  • Transaction Fees: Refunds will be issued for the full transaction amount, including any transaction fees charged at the time of the exchange.
  • Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Refunds will be calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction. We are not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations that may occur between the time of the original transaction and the issuance of the refund.
